The Philosophy

The mission decides the funding.
Not the administrative budget.

That's the simple belief behind everything we publish.

Large nonprofits with dedicated grant writers, expensive database subscriptions, and years of funder relationships have a structural advantage that often has nothing to do with the quality of their work. Small nonprofits compete on an uneven playing field — they don't know it, and they lose grants they should win.

Artificial intelligence has changed that equation. The same research tools, writing frameworks, and strategic systems that well-resourced organizations use are now available to every nonprofit with an internet connection — many of them free.

The playing field hasn't been leveled completely. But it's been tilted back toward mission. Blueprint Logic exists to help nonprofits take advantage of that shift.

About the Founder

Michael Henry

AI Systems Builder · Nonprofit Workflow Strategist · Founder, Blueprint Logic

Michael Henry isn’t a career grant writer. He’s something different: a builder of AI systems.

After years working with AI tools across operations and research workflows, he turned his attention to a problem nobody was solving well — the structural disadvantage small nonprofits face when competing for grant funding against organizations with full development teams.

The Blueprint Series is his synthesis of grant-writing best practices, current research, and the practical AI workflows that turn these tools from buzzwords into working systems.

Blueprint Logic doesn’t replace experienced grant writers. It gives nonprofits the AI scaffolding they need to write stronger applications, find better-fit funders, and run a real grant program — whether they hire a writer or do the work themselves.

What we publish

Field guides built from real practice.

Every Blueprint guide rests on the same standards.

01

Tested workflows

Every framework, prompt, and process in our guides has been tested against real applications — not theorized.

02

Verified frameworks

Industry-standard methodologies — logic models, SMART objectives, theory of change — applied in ways that work for under-resourced teams.

03

Current data

2024 Uniform Guidance updates, 2026 funder policies, current AI tool capabilities. Updated quarterly.

04

Same-day usable

Every prompt, template, and checklist is something you can use the same day you read the chapter.

05

Properly sourced

Every statistic attributed to its source. Every case study verifiable. No "studies show" hand-waving.

06

Built for accessibility

Priced for small nonprofit budgets. Written for non-technical readers. Designed for teams without development support.
